Higyenic Design

ULMA Inoxtruck applies to its equipment the cleanable design concepts that are already so widely used in equipment GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), including for the most demanding material, such as 304L and 316L stainless steel, as well as applying the highest protection IP to the electronic components. 

The design, with open structures and curved, included surfaces, allows ULMA equipment to be integrated into companies' existing cleaning procedures for their Clean Rooms, in compliance with directive 2006/42/EC regulating requirements to ensure equipment safety and hygiene. This directive states that equipment surfaces coming into contact with food products, cosmetics or pharmaceuticals should be smooth, not rough, to prevent the accumulation of remains that could cause microbiological contamination, as well as to enable thorough cleaning before each use.
