Conxemar 2012, +ERGONOMICS, +SAFETY
For the third year in a row, ULMA Inoxtruck is taking part in the fish sector fair Conxemar, held from 2 to 4 October in Vigo. This year, ULMA Inoxtruck will be exhibiting its complete range of hygienic design maintenance equipment, ideal for working in aggressive environments such as the fish sector production rooms. The products on display will include the company’s latest innovations focusing on + ERGONOMICS + SAFETY.
1. Full Load Turners and/or Ergonomic electro-manual tilters: Two machines in one
ULMA Inoxtruck’s electro-manual turners/tilters make it possible to tilt loads electrically up to 85º thanks to their inclination system, making it possible to access a sealed industrial container’s contents very ERGONOMICALLY (PRODUCT to PERSON).
The 105º setting also makes it possible to pour/transfer a full container load onto a conveyor belt or food processing machine (mixers, etc).
Furthermore, the initial lifting option means working on uneven floors is no problem and even makes it possible to pour the contents onto belts or into receptacles at different heights.
This equipment, fitted with up/down buttons and emergency stop devices at each end, brakes on the front wheels and lower/upper stop sensors, guarantees maximum ergonomics and safety when handling/turning loads.
2. Range of tools for electro-manual stackers: Why reduce the weight of coils instead of investing in ergonomic equipment that saves on film costs for each packaged product and on coil replacement times? ULMA Inoxtruck has the solution.
Electro-manual stackers are pieces of multi-functional handling equipment used in the packaging process for both coils and other machine accessories, such as thermoforming moulds and sealing hoods. This equipment offers customised solutions thanks to the wide range of tools that act as:
A coil rotary board
Mould and hood handling
Front and side film coil controller for packaging
Double coil controller to replace incomplete coils
90º coil rotator
3. HMI Interface system (Human Machine Interface)
ULMA Inoxtruck has developed a touch-screen interface system for pallet trucks and electronic stackers, making it possible to control all of the equipment with the following integrated functions:
Restricted, PIN-controlled access system
Impact detection system, with automatic record and/or equipment stop in the event of a collision with or accident affecting the machine.
Weight indicators
Height limiters for stackers
Wireless connectivity via WIFI/GPRS/Bluetooth to upload/download data
USB or RS232 connectivity for accessories
Production management system to control production in real time
