ULMA Inoxtruck presented its hygienic design solutions for clean rooms at the IFFA 2013 International Fair held in Frankfurt, Germany. ULMA Inoxtruck managers are feeling excited and full of revitalised energy thanks to the warm welcome given to the equipment exhibited and the interest shown by the many visitors to the company stand. It presented its range of manual and electric stackers and pallet trucks along with ancillary equipment, such as coil trolleys and turners for packaging and packing lines. Another of the novelties that caught the interest of many visitors was the new Integrated Weighing System which is applicable to all the ULMA models. Its 100% hygienic design and IP68 protection are features that set it apart from the weighing systems currently available on the market. With a robust design, ULMA Inoxtruck manual weighing pallet trucks are designed to respond perfectly to aggressive applications in clean rooms in temperatures of between -10ºC and 40ºC. The mobile electromanual tilter designed especially to handle cutter trolleys with capacities of up to 300l was another of the innovations presented by ULMA. They enable loads to be handled and turned ergonomically thanks to their 130º inclination system. One of the competitive advantages of these new models is that they are manufactured in 100% stainless steel, including their hydraulic equipment. The equipment developed by ULMA is a perfect solution to handle loads in aggressive environments in the food and agricultural sector as owing to the high IP protection against contact and water and dirt penetration, the equipment can be fully cleaned reducing the risk of microbiological contamination and guaranteeing strict hygiene compliance in the highly demanding area of the food industry. As visual proof of how the models work perfectly even after being submitted to daily cleaning with water, ULMA Inoxtruck decided to place the EPT electric pallet truck in a sealed container, under a continuous stream of water, and invited the stand’s visitors to see for themselves just how faultlessly the equipment works. |
