ULMA Inoxtruck taked part for the fourth year on the row in the fish industry fair Conxemar.

The international Frozen Seafood Exhibition CONXEMAR, the event organized by the Spanish Association of Wholesalers, Importers, Manufacturers and Exporters of fish products and Aquaculture and is a meeting point of place where a thousands of profesionals of the seafood industry.

ULMA Inoxtruck stays true to its annual meeting with the fish industry exhibiting the latest innovations and hygienic handling solutions for the seafood industry. The horizontal transportation equipment, the stacking and handling equipment range that ULMA Inoxtruck manufactures and designs is ideal for working in aggressive environments such as the fish sector production rooms do to moisture and salinity.



On this occasion ULMA Inoxtruck presented the mobile electro-manual tilter designed especially for the seafood industry. They enable loads to be handled and turned ergonomically thanks to their 105º inclination system. One of the competitive advantages of these new models is that they are manufactured in 100% stainless steel, including their hydraulic equipment. The turning system of ULMA Inoxtruck electromanual tilters offers to yhe operator an ergonomic handling and casting, avoiding unnecessary effort and possible personal injury.

ULMA will also exhibit the new MPT manual pallet trucks which retain all the advantages of the previous model. They have a 100% hygienic design, are silent and require minimum maintenance as their bearings are watertight and lubricated at source, the joints are fitted with polymer bearings, meaning they do not require lubrication, and the twisted, stainless steel cable that operates the lowering valve has a plastic coating. The new models guarantee exceptional manoeuvrability thanks to features such as a new steering system and the compact design of the controls. ULMA Inoxtruck has endowed the new MPT with superior stability which, in combination with its wide steering lock of up to 210º, makes this equipment easy to steer even in the smallest spaces, such as truck beds or small rooms.

Another of the novelties that will be presented on Conxemar is the Integrated Weighing System which is applicable to all the ULMA models. Its 100% hygienic design and IP68 protection are features that set it apart from the weighing systems currently available on the market. With a robust design, ULMA Inoxtruck manual weighing pallet trucks are designed to respond perfectly to aggressive applications in clean rooms in temperatures of between -10ºC and 40ºC.

The equipment developed by ULMA is a perfect solution to handle loads in aggressive environments in the food and agricultural sector as owing to the high IP protection against contact and water and dirt penetration, the equipment can be fully cleaned reducing the risk of microbiological contamination and guaranteeing strict hygiene compliance in the highly demanding area of the food industry.
